When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than August 26th. Please ensure that you RSVP as we need a final count, if we do not hear back from you we will not be able to accommodate if you do show up.

Planning on staying to Sunday to celebrate with us all weekend?

When should out of town guest arrive?

Answer

Ricardo and I would prefer our guest to arrive by Thursday morning, as we plan on having my bridal shower celebration Thursday the 15th to make it convenient for our guest traveling. We understand if you need to come Friday morning.

Is there a dress code?

We want everyone to look their best! Please come dressed in semi-formal / cocktail attire.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids--we really do, but this will be an adult celebration. Take the night off & relax a little bit! Besides, it's an open bar!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring additional guests that are not approved by the couple. If you have a spouse/significant other they have already been accounted for in our guest list. We also have to pay per person that is attending the reception. That is why it is imperative to RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes!! Please let us know any food allergies, or if you need a vegan, vegetarian, dairy free or gluten free option.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 3:50/4 as the ceremony will start at 4:30.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes we will have room blocks at the Holiday Inn & suites. The best part about this hotel it is one Block from the venue. Answer

Yes there is limited parking at the venue and there are parking garages close as well.
