What should I know about the venue?

Answer

The venue is located on a private 130-acre ranch with views of pinyon pine trees, boulders, and rock formations. Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on mostly paved dirt paths. There is an indoor lounge next to the reception area equipped with a pool table and sofas.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The address to the venue is 55411 Skyline Ranch Road, Yucca Valley - however, we will send out special instructions for directions a few days prior to the wedding, as smart phone maps will take you a different route.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue by 4:15 pm to ensure you have enough time to park, explore, and walk to the ceremony space.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

On-site parking is available, but limited. Please coordinate to carpool if possible. We'll send out a map of the site, along with parking instructions a few days prior to the wedding.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will be warm during the day (~80°), and cold in the evening (~60°). We recommend a shawl, jacket, or layers to stay warm at night. We will also have patio heaters set up around the reception area.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding as "unplugged" as possible, and to refrain from having your phones out during the ceremony. We’d love to see your beautiful faces, not phones! We promise to share a link to all photos once made available by our photographer.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however we do recommend bringing cash if you'd like to tip the bartender

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will have hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, and made-to-order tacos for dinner. We'll have various protein choices, as well as vegetarian options. We will also have a Churro cart making fresh churros, as well as an assortment of desserts.
