We ask that you RSVP no later than July 6, 2025. This will allow us enough time to inform out vendors of our guest count. If you attempt to RSVP after this time, you will be declined from attending.
We ask that no children under the age of 10 years old be present on our wedding day, with the exception of those in the wedding party. This is due to capacity restrictions as well as final catering numbers. Our invitations will also have this information included in them when they are sent out. We appreciate your cooperation!
We request that you do not bring or rsvp for extra guests that are not included on your invitation. We do not feel comfortable having strangers there on our special day. This will also ensure that we can remain in our budget and in the capacity standards required for our venue.
We ask that our guests maintain semi-formal attire. Should you have any questions of what fits these requirements, please feel free to reach out to Rianna or Corey.
We ask that you arrive no later than 3:40p.m. as the ceremony shall begin tentatively at 4:00p.m. We will be closing off the ceremony space at 3:55p.m. to begin preparations for the wedding party to walk down the aisle. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation with our schedule, and hope that you can make it to see us say I do!
There will be parking available towards the front of the grounds by the entrance. There is a hill you must walk up to get to the ceremony and reception spaces. For those who require handicap accommodations or may need further assistance getting up the hill, there will be a golf cart made available to you throughout the entire night.
We request that phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony. We are paying a photographer and videographer, and will post the pictures and videos that they take at a later date when we receive the final products. We ask that you stow away your devices to allow us to have a distraction and disruption free ceremony.
There will be an open bar. Mixed drinks will be minimal as we are required to premix anything above two ingredients. Shots are prohibited by the venue and will not be available to our guests. There of course will also be various canned beverages, as well as mixed beverages under two ingredients. We ask that you do not order anything above two ingredients other than what we have premixed and available to make it easier on our bartenders.
Yes, there are hotels, as well as Air BnB options if that is preferred. We have blocked off a small amount of rooms at Quality Inn & Suites, as well as the Wingate, both in Ashland for our guests', convenience. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
