What time should we arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 5:00pm with welcome drinks and water. Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm with reception to follow.

Is there transportation to/from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Everyone will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.

Where do we park?

Answer

Julep venue has an attached parking lot with more than enough spaces for all our guests.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal: Suits & cocktail dresses encouraged.

What time is the evening reception scheduled to end?

11:30pm. After-party will commence immediately after at Aero Club Bar.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Rehearsal dinner details TBD. Guests are welcome to join us after the reception at Aero Club Bar. Further details TBA.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be strictly unplugged (no personal phones/cameras), but you are welcome to take personal photos/videos during the reception.

What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?

Small bites will be tray-passed during cocktail hour, followed by a plated salad and buffet-style dinner. Please note any dietary restrictions with your RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one (or children) to the ceremony & reception?

Answer

We tried to account for all plus ones and children in our invitations. If they were on the invite, we'd love for them to attend.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

We did not reserve any hotel room blocks because of the venue's central location to many different hotels. We have a list of recommended hotels on the Travel tab, all within 10 miles of the venue, but there are plenty of others to choose from.
