Our friends Will and Elaine introduced us by phone in June of 2023. After talking off and on for a few months, our connection tapered off. Chance would have it that we both were honored to be in Will and Elaine's wedding a year later and we finally got to meet in person. Jeff crafted a plan for me to receive the bridal bouquet and his nephew handed him the garter. He said he dropped the ball the first time and wasn't going to do it again. We love when a plan comes together. We left the wedding and met down the street for some BBQ lunch and talked on the phone the rest of the afternoon. Our first date was a motorcycle ride to VA where we stopped at a racetrack. It didn't take long for us to realize we couldn't be without each other. We enjoy spending time at the track, racing Jeff's bikes, hosting family and friends at the house, and listening to our favorite bands. Most of all we love spending time with our kids, video chatting with Brandon, Janae, and Anubis in CA or laughing at Sasha, Bam Bam and Simba at home. This amazing journey of love is just like a race down the track, the green light hits, and we are racing to the finish line with the reward being us starting our life together.
