See the history of mechanical computers with exhibits including ancient adding machines, room-sized 1960s workstations, 1980s game consoles, and modern smartphones. A rare type of museum in the middle of Silicon Valley.
PIER 39
The ultimate San Francisco tourist attraction. See Golden Gate Bridge Alkatraz Island, and a massive horde of sea lions from the pier; eat fresh clam chowder from a sourdough bread bowl; get some chocolate at Ghirardelli Square; and play still-working arcade games from the early to late 20th Century at Musée Mécanique.
