We encourage you to begin making your travel plans now. Click on the "Travel" section of this site to contact our travel agent and book a room. The sooner we know your plans, the better. :) If you are undecided or not quite ready to book, please make sure to reserve your room by April 1st, as our final guest count is due in mid-April.
Yes! The resort and our wedding are family-friendly (kids under 12 can actually stay at the resort for free!) Just let us know by including your total guest count when you RSVP.

We would love to have you at the resort with us and our group, but if you have other accommodations, please let us know, as we will need to purchase you a guest pass to get you into the resort on our wedding day.
Since this is an international trip, you need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to double check the expiration date (it needs to be valid through at least December 2021 or January 2022, depending on your travel dates). If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports normally take 4-6 weeks to process, but during the pandemic, they've been taking around 2.5 months. We suggest applying a minimum of 3-4 months in advance as a precaution.
Please visit the "Travel" section of our website. Click the link where it says "Book a Room through our Group Reservation".
COVID-19 testing will be available on-site at the resort daily. If proof of a negative COVID-19 test is required to re-enter the US at the time of our wedding, you will be able to get one at the resort. You can schedule your test upon arrival. FYI, there is no extra cost for a viral test if you are staying at the resort for at least 4 nights.
