Because my hometown is only 20 minutes away from Ike’s hometown, I have known of Ike since high school. Fast forward to 2022 and Ike commented on a picture I posted on Instagram. We started a friendly conversation and ended up having our first date at Javi's Mexican Restaurant in Tyler. That day at Javis, I immediately felt comfortable because he was still the tall, dark, and handsome man with gorgeous dimples that I remembered seeing at the track meets in high school. After our first date, I was excited to get spend more time with him as he was kind and attentive. He asked me questions and seemed to be genuinely interested in my answers. I pretty much knew he was the one for me when we dated long distance for a few months, and he made an effort to see me every weekend no  matter what he had going on. He always made sure I was in his plans. My favorite thing about Ike is his big personality. He can start a conversation with anyone, and he really brings me out of my normal, shy, comfort zone. I am so excited to start out happily ever after.

I have know of Rhyan since high school. I remember seeing Rhyan triple jump at a high school track; I was extremely impressed. Fast forward to 2022, and our story really starts there. Rhyan posted a picture, and I dmed her and sent the heart eye emoji. We started talking and before long we went on our first date. April 9, 2022 is forever etched in my memory. When I first met Rhyan her smile was perfect, and she carried herself in a way that was so different from anyone else I had ever met. She was beautiful, and I knew Rhyan was the one when she met my son, Elijah. Rhyan was friendly and sweet with Elijah. He instantly fell in love with her, and so did I. I love how she loves me unconditionally and supports my dreams. Rhyan means the world to me, and I look forward to spending the rest of my life eating her great food and loving her.
