When I (Rhya) transferred schools and started at ASA in 4th grade, I thought my life was over. Little did I know I’d be marrying the boy in the other class. I first noticed Ben in 5th grade — he was the boy constantly flicking his hair to the side, making sure it always laid just right. Everything really picked up in 8th grade when Ben asked me to be his girlfriend... for the first time. I was super shy, and if you know Ben, he’s anything but that! Then I moved away, and we started dating again during COVID — our second time around. But with me living an hour away we never saw each other and we broke up... again. Finally, I moved back to Breese in 2021. Ben asked me to be his girlfriend for the last time January 12, 2021 and we’ve been inseparable ever since.
