Activities abound on 503-acres including golf, tennis, stream or pond fishing, outdoor and indoor heated swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center and over nine miles of interpretive hiking trails. Outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers can hike the Appalachian Trail, enjoy white water rafting, tubing, kayaking, guided lake tours, horseback trail riding and bird watching. Tennis: Court times are available through our Pro-Shop Pool: Enjoy our heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Open from 6:00am – 10:00pm. Fitness Center: Exercise equipment, steam room, and sauna are located on the first floor of the lodge. Open from 6:00am - 10:00pm. Fishing: Stocked pond and stream on our property. Equipment rental is available at the Pro-Shop. Fishing licenses are required and can be ordered on-line at www.gadnr.org. Complimentary computer use is available at our Business Center. Located in Blairsville, GA Grandaddy Mimms gives guests a chance to tour one of North Georgia’s moonshine distilleries. Arrangements include transportation, tour of the distillery and tasting. Featuring five miles of trails, The Stables at Brasstown Valley Resort offers one and two hour guided mountain trail rides, accommodating all experience levels, from beginner to advanced. 7 days a week. 9 a.m. until 2:15 pm. 1 hour guided trail ride: $47 pp 2 hour guided trail ride: $80 pp
Georgia’s highest mountain at 4,784-feet, is only 20-minutes from Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa. On clear days, the spectacular 360-degree view from atop the mountain’s observatory offers visitors glimpses of four states.
Anna Ruby Falls, DeSoto Falls and Helton Creek Falls are among several notable waterfalls located within 40-minutes of the resort. Spend the day hiking or picnicking surrounded by nature’s beauty.
Similar to darts throwing to rack up points, but throwing an axe. Axe throwing facilitated by a Coach to ensure safe throwing and create excitement. Offers a 4-target set up. All participants must be at least 13 years old and must sign a waiver to participate. No experience necessary. Closed toed shoes are required. Alcohol is prohibited while participating in Axe Throwing. Approximately 1 hour for groups up to 20 people. $35 per person (1 hour) $70 per person (2 hours) Reservations can be made through Brasstown Valley. Axe throwing is held on site by the horse stables.
