Kayla

Maid of Honor

Kayla and Kacie met a short 8 years ago after their fathers found to be brothers 40 years into life. After that day, Kayla and Kacie (being only six months apart in age), quickly accepted that they were meant to be partners in crime for the rest of life no matter how many states separated them.

Cory

Best Man

In the spring of sophomore year high school Cory and Michael were introduced on April 20th. Cory and Michael met but weren't friends at first sight. After a few other meetings and interactions Cory and Michael did end up warming up to each other and between the not so witty jabs and tough love the two became good friends and then the trio became a party. Three of the group were never seen without the fourth in the later years of high school the four became avid monarch sports attendees. In school and out of school the four were always up to something. The four went on to college as a posse and lived together for the next several years learning and growing up together.

Abbi

Bridesmaid

Abbi and Kacie first met when being assigned to the same lunch table in middle school because of their last names ranging in the same part of the alphabet. The two had a few mutual friends during volleyball but didn’t actually become close until high school. These girls may be the only two friends to ever find themselves in an altercation over dill pickles but found a path to a very solid forever friendship. After both moving to Morgantown to pursue their college careers at WVU, they ended up being the only two to stay in Morgantown after college. They now live just a few miles from each other and Abbi is the (fur)baby momma to Reba who she was introduced to through Kacie’s place of work.

Austin

Groomsman

Every championship basketball line up needs 5 players, so far there is only 4. Austin is undoubtedly the captain of the team. Austin was friends with Aaron, Cole, Cory, and myself all separately even before the band got together. If it wasn't for Austin I don't believe that the band would've ever gotten together. Austin push all of us together and became the center piece of our friendship through high school. Austin and Michael shared many of the same interests as the group but also found much common ground through the music of the "jam room". The five guys spent all of their free time hanging out on the weekends and made memories that will last their lifetimes. One wouldn't be the same without the other four, which is why all four will be by side on the most important day of my life.

Allie

Bridesmaid

Allie and Kacie met on the first day of college at WVU when Kacie’s mom and sister left her to fend for herself at a welcome BBQ (which was scary at first but was well worth it). This led Kacie and Allie to meet and coincidentally live in the same dorm as each other. Both then lived together sophomore year and then beside each other junior year of college. These two do not let distance take a toll on their relationship and FaceTime daily along with Allie visiting Morgantown frequently! They both bond over Margaritas and goldfish snacks.

Aaron

Groomsman

Aaron and Michael met early in their high school days when the two shared a home room together. The two immediately became friends after having many shared interests such as the outdoors, sports, and many other hobbies.. This was when the Cole and Michael duo became a trio. The trio was inseparable through their high school days. If two were together without the third they were probably on their way to link up with the third. From the disc golf days to Cole and Michael deciding to join Aaron on the swim team to spending hours upon hours at John Marshall parking lot (after school) passing frisby. The 3 went onto college for the next 4 years and continued the party, I mean adventure, motivating each other and keeping each other in line.

Catelyn

Catelyn is Kacie’s oldest sister and is also the mother of Harper (flower girl) and Tucker (ring bearer). Kacie and Catelyn were dressed in identical outfits when younger and to this day seem to somehow match on every holiday occasion. Catelyn also possesses approximately 1/2 of Kacie’s high school T-shirt inventory.

Cole

Cole and Michael met back in the early days of middle school, however it wasn't a friendship at first sight. The duo met through a third party, coles sister when Michael dated her. Upon their split, Cole and Michael found a significant amount of common ground among each others interests. Cole and Michael went on to high school and essentially spent every day together in sports, gym, and other adventures around the valley. After high school the duo moved the shenanigans to Morgantown and roomed with each other for the next 4 years. Although time pushes on Cole and Michael still in a way room together and continue their adventures. Time may pass but Cole and Michael will always have each other's back

Dani

Dani became Kacie’s sister the day her older brother Lee brought her to West Virginia and is three out of four flower girls McKenna, Thalia, and Bonnie-Shae’s mother. Although Catelyn may be the only sister to have half of Kacie’s wardrobe, Dani and Kacie share a passion for both domestic and farm animals.

Lee

Groomsman

Lee is Kacie’s favorite older brother (even if he is the only one), and you’ll never fine a picture of the two without Lee picking on his little sister. Michael may have not met Lee until his relationship with Kacie, but that hasn’t stopped the two from bonding over military stories and their beloved gun collection.

Tiffaney

Kacie and Tiffaney have known each other for quite some time, August 10, 2000 to be exact. The day Tiffaney was born was the same day Kacie gained a little sister. Kacie may never wanna hear the sound of “The Wiggles” theme song again after Tiffaney’s toddler obsession with the show but will forever thank her for giving her the drive to be a role model.

Wesley

On one of his most important days of his life, Michael can think of no one more important than his brother Wesley to be by his side. Although different in many ways, not time nor distance will ever come between the two. The journey between the two is just beginning and the road ahead appears full of twists, turns, and excitement, yet, the two will always have each other to look to in times of doubt or need.
