How We Met
Matt Duffy and Mallory Rhodes went to the same birthday party on 14th st in Manhattan in February of 2017. They met, danced, kissed and exchanged numbers. Their first date was the day after Valentine’s Day. Six months later, Matt asked Mallory to move in with him on Staten Island, and she said yes right away.
In December 2020, after surviving the first stage of a global pandemic together in a one bedroom apartment, they got a sweet puppy named Georgia. Duffy did not say yes right away, but it didn’t take much convincing.
Five years after their first date, Duffy asked Mallory to marry him, and she said yes right away.
