It was definitely fate how we met. Zac's Mom, Lisa (who also happens to be Sam's boss) had tried to set us up for years but the timing was never right. Either one of us was in a relationship or the other was too stubborn to listen to Lisa's advice. On a Wednesday night at Saddle Up Saloon, the stars aligned and Zac approached Sam to ask her why she wasn't out on the dance floor. Well, it turns out Sam was just waiting for the right guy to sweep her off her feet and Zac was it! We had flirtatious banter for a little while until Sam realized that Zac looked oddly familiar. It dawned on her and she asked him, "Is Lisa your Mom?" (Lisa had shown Sam a few pictures of Zac at work) Zac immediately responded, "Oh My God! Are you Sam?" and had to walk away because we could not believe after all this time that his Mom was right. The connection was undeniable and we finally knew what "love at first sight" really meant! UPDATE: Zachary changed his last name to Diehl! Bill Diehl has always and will forever be his Dad but Zac wanted to make it official before our big day!
