Will there be a ceremony and reception?

Answer

Nope - just a reception! We had an intimate ceremony in Redwood National Park on September 26, 2024. Now it's time to celebrate with all our friends and family!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Cocktail hour starts at 5:00 PM. The reception will begin at 6:00 PM and goes until 10:00 PM.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In late September, the weather in New Jersey tends to be mild and pleasant, as the state transitions from summer to autumn. Daytime temperatures generally range from the low 70s°F (around 21-23°C) to the low 80s°F (27-29°C). Nights become cooler, with temperatures dropping into the 50s°F (around 10-15°C), especially towards the end of the month. There will be a covered outdoor deck to access during cocktail hour but the reception will be held indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

Let's get dressed up! We are asking our guests to dress in formal attire for the reception. This means cocktail dresses, evening gowns, dress shirt and pants or a suit. We kindly ask that guests avoid casual attire like jeans, sneakers, or overly casual clothing. We want everyone to feel comfortable while also looking their best to help make the evening extra special. Thank you for helping us create a memorable and elegant celebration. We can’t wait to see you there!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your RSVP on the website will indicate whether you were allocated a plus one. We’ve put a lot of thought into the guest list and have extended invitations for those specifically listed on the invite. Unfortunately, we may be unable to accommodate additional guests due to venue size and other considerations. If you have any special circumstances or need to clarify, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited to the reception?

After careful consideration, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration - with few exceptions for our closest family members. Your RSVP will indicate whether we've added your child(ren) to the guest list.

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes, we’re excited to offer a delicious buffet at the reception! There will be a variety of dishes to choose from, including options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or preferences, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We've decided not to have a registry. Your presence is gift enough. We know that some guests prefer to give a gift of money to help us with our future plans. If you'd like to contribute this way, we would be so appreciative. A monetary gift will assist with our honeymoon fund and home renovations! Please know that whatever you choose is deeply appreciated, and we are thankful for your love and support!
