Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. The Doors will be open at 3pm or there is a partially covered patio where you can wait for the Doors to open. *There is no outdoor seating

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! We love your kids and they are such an important part of both of our families. Your RSVP will indicate all who are invited from your family.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! If you have any allergy or food restrictions, there will be a question on your RSVP so you can notify us and we can get your information to our caterer!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. We will also be offering a shuttle service to and from the Wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a Hotel Block at the Hilton Garden Inn Dayton South-Austin Landing. 12000 Innovation Drive, Miamisburg, OH 45342. Phone (937) 247-5850. The rate is $169/night. When you call to book, you can reserve a room under Dopp/Rhoades Wedding. *See more on the 'Travel' Page!*
