Ashley and Braden’s love story began in 2016 when they met in high school. At the beginning of their relationship, Braden was persistent in his pursuit of Ashley, asking her out multiple times despite her repeated “no’s.” After a few dates and finally a “yes”, the rest became the beautiful beginning of their love story. Eventually Braden left for college in Massachusetts and Ashley stayed home in Maine. They began a long-distance chapter that would test and strengthen their relationship. Separated by hours and state lines, they navigated busy schedules, late-night phone calls, and countless weekend visits - all while cheering each other on from afar. For five years, their love grew deeper despite the distance, built on trust and communication. In 2023 they moved into their first apartment together. Navigating living together and their new careers of being a nurse and an engineer. Shortly after they bought their first dog, Dax. Who instantly became the center of their little world. Then, on July 25, 2024 - after eight incredible years together - Braden finally popped the question. Just a few months later, in November of 2024, they made another dream come true by closing on their very first home. To top it all off, they welcomed their second dog, Ellie, completing their growing fur family. As we look ahead, we’re filled with excitement and anticipation for our wedding and everything that comes after. A celebration of our journey, love, and the life we’ve built together. We’re eager to begin this new chapter as husband and wife, continuing to grow not only in love but also as a family.
