FAQs

You've got questions, we've got answers!
Question

When is the deadline to RSVP? How do I RSVP?

Answer

We appreciate you giving us the courtesy of letting us know if you are able to attend our wedding or not in a timely manner. The deadline to RSVP is April 4, 2025 . To RSVP, please go to the RSVP tab here on our site and enter your first and last name. From there, you will be able to let us know the members of your party that will or will not be attending. We will need to know your attendance status so that we can plan the final headcount accordingly. If you are unable to attend or do not RSVP by this date, please know that we will miss you!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Sadly, we are only able to accomodate those listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

Question

Where will your wedding be?

Answer

We will be getting married in New Braunfels, TX. Our nuptial Mass will be at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and our wedding reception will be at The Hidden Gem of Gruene. Please go to the Day-Of-Schedule tab here on our site for further details.

Question

Is there a dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We do not have a dress code for the wedding and we are not asking guests to wear specific colors to our wedding. Please wear what you already own that would be appropriate to wear to a wedding celebration. Good rule of thumb is "Sunday best", keeping in mind appropriate attire to wear to Mass/inside a church.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

There will be ample, free parking at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church for the wedding ceremony as well as at The Hidden Gem of Gruene for the reception.

Question

Are phones allowed at your nuptial Mass?

Answer

We ask that you please turn off your cell phones or consider not bringing them into the church at all for the nuptial Mass. This is less about our preference for wanting no cell phones in our pictures and more about maintaining a reverence for the sacredness of the church and Jesus' real presence in the Eucharist.

Question

When should I head to the reception venue following the ceremony?

Answer

Please enjoy New Braunfels (see our recommendations in the Things to Do tab) for a couple of hours before making your way to the reception venue for light refreshments and cocktail hour which will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Dinner and dancing to follow.

For all the days along the way
