Please RSVP attendance by February 24th, 2027 using the information provided on your invitation. If we do not hear from you by the RSVP deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend.
If your little one(s) is invited, their name will appear on your invitation. Invited children are limited to those in our bridal party & direct family. As much as we love your babies, we are not able to accommodate any children under 12 months of age.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional plus-ones. Please RSVP only for the guest(s) named on your invitation.
Our wedding attire is semi-formal. Please avoid dark colors (black, navy, dark gray, etc.). We encourage our guests to dress polished and elevated while still remaining comfortable. Suggested Attire: Women: Midi dresses, wrap dresses, elevated jumpsuits Men: Dress pants with a button-down shirt; blazer optional Please avoid jeans, sweatshirts, or overly casual attire. We can't wait to celebrate in style with you!
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Once the ceremony begins, guests will not be permitted to take their seats.
We’ll miss celebrating with you! Please RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly. A livestream link will be provided for loved ones who are unable to travel.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras during the ceremony and simply enjoy the moment with us. Our photographer and videographer will capture everything! During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to take and share as many photos and videos as you'd like. Please send them our way!
Yes! We will have a hotel block available. Details coming soon.
We are currently exploring shuttle options for guests staying at our hotel block. More details will be shared closer to the wedding date.
Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible. We will also provide a golf cart shuttle for guests with mobility needs to reach the ceremony site. If you have specific accessibility concerns, please reach out, we’re happy to help.
Yes! Parking will be free and readily available on-site. Rideshare services (Uber & Lyft) are also widely available for those planning to celebrate with drinks.
Yes. Seating will be arranged by bride and groom sides, and signage/coordinators will help guide guests upon arrival. Guests who feel connected to both are welcome to sit on either side.
Yes! Invitations for additional events will go out in early 2027. Our Welcome Party on July 23rd is open to all guests.
Dinner will be served buffet-style featuring an Italian-Mediterranean-inspired menu 🍝 If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please include them when RSVPing.
Absolutely! We’ll also have a dessert table with assorted treats, including ice cream from Waxhaw Creamery 🍨
Yes! Beer and wine will be complimentary for all guests 21+. The bar will close at 9:45pm. Please celebrate responsibly. Per venue policy and state law, no liquor is permitted on the property, and alcohol may not be served to or consumed by anyone under 21 years old. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the evening.

Yes, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Since our wedding is in July in NC, please expect warm and potentially humid weather. There is also a chance of rain, so bringing a light rain jacket or umbrella is encouraged. We'll have shade and fans available to help keep guests comfortable.
Yes! We have an indoor backup option so we can celebrate rain or shine.
