Our R.S.V.P box is open on this website and can be accessed from the home page - just type in the name on your invitation, select yourself and fill in whether you are or are not able to join us on the day. Whilst filling out your R.S.V.P, there will be a chance to select which food option you would like should you be joining us for the wedding breakfast. Please return your R.S.V.Ps to us by 15th June 2025. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
Our ceremony starts at 1pm, so we ask you to please arrive to the church within plenty of time so everyone can be seated - around 12:30 sounds perfect!
We are happy for you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in! However, if you would like to tie in with our theme then it is pastel/floral or black tie. We also recommend bringing a pair of comfy shoes for the after party as our reception will be in a rural setting (and hopefully you will be dancing the night away!)
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation. If you are unsure as to whether you have a plus one or not, when you type in your name to R.S.V.P on the website it will show a plus one or not!
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we will be sharing all of these photos so no need to take your own during the ceremony! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like (and please do share these with us, we would love to see them!)
We will have a 'Pay at Cost' bar at our reception with a selection of soft and alchoholic drinks available. As our venue has no wifi we are unable to take any card payments and it will be cash only payments - so shake out your piggy banks!
Our village is fairly small and parking can be a little tricky so where possible we recommend car sharing. Limited parking is available at the New Pavillion in Great Cheverell. The ceremony venue and reception venue are only a short 5 minute walk from one another, so once you have parked there will be no need to drive between the two! Our #1 priority is the safety of all of our guests, so if you are planning on drinking please make sure you have either a taxi or lift arranged or are camping here afterwards!
Please feel free to contact us with any major allergies or concerns about the food so we can plan accordingly!
