When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear whatever makes you feel beautiful! Be aware that the ceremony will be held outdoors on the grass (weather permitting).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please call or text us with any requests or restrictions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3pm. Feel free to come early if you like! Dan & Rhiannon will be at the campsite days before the wedding so if you are planning on camping in Allegany prior to the wedding make sure to stop by.

Is there an entrance fee to the park?

Answer

Yes, it is $7 a car. However, that is only in the case that the gate is staffed. In the past, it rarely is. Please contact us if that is any issue, we can be sure to have a pass at the gate for you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, we have ample space for parking on the campsite. If transportation is an issue, please let us know and we can try to coordinate carpooling.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are cabins, tent and camper lots for rent in the park. There is also the Seneca Allegany Casino Hotel which is only about 20 minutes from the wedding venue.

Please know that we have no expectations for gifts, more than anything we just want to spend this day with you! We have set up a registry for those that want to bring a gift. Please visit the registry tab for details!

What is the menu?

Answer

Even though it won't be Tuesday...we will be serving Tacos! The menu choice has a special place in our hearts. Story Time...We first met through mutual friends and would have get togethers weekly at each other's houses. Dan offered to host at his house and knew my favorite food was tacos. So, he cooked up a storm and made THE BEST tacos I had ever had and that pretty much sealed the deal! We will be serving a taco buffet, with Chicken, Pork, Beef and Turkey along with just about every topping you can imagine. We also will have an open bar, with premixed cocktails, beer and wine as well as plenty of non-alcoholic options.
