We ask that you please do not bring additional guests if not explicitly listed on your invitation. We live by the motto "the more the merrier" but unfortunately our headcount does not allow for it.
Our Hyatt House hotel block code is specific for Thursday 10/1 through Sunday 10/4, HOWEVER go ahead and book within the contracted block dates of Thursday through Sunday and Cassie, our Event Manager is happy to extend your reservations and honor the block discount. Please reach out to Cassie.Pleus@concordhotels.com and include our names, code and the dates you'd like to extend.
Due to space restrictions, we are only able to invite the children of close family members.
We will be serving family style meals at each table. If you have any dietary restrictions such as vegetarian or food allergies please include this in your RSVP.
We chose our venue with our traveling guests in mind. It's located in downtown Raleigh near a variety of accommodations, some of the options are listed in the Travel section. You can find nearby hotels and airbnbs within a short distance of the venue.
Downtown Raleigh is semi-walkable but the greater area requires a vehicle. We recommend relying on either uber/lyft or reserving a rental car if you plan on doing a bit of exploring.
Cocktail/Semi-formal attire is requested! We cannot wait to see our guests dressed to impress!
While we love that you want to capture the special moments, we request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we promise to share the photos with you afterwards.
