FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes early.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to be comfortable and able to dance and have a great time with us! We request you wear either cocktail attire or semi-formal attire.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There are many parking spots available at the venue that require minimal walking to get to the ceremony and reception locations.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space constraints at the venue, we can only accommodate a plus one if it is noted on your invitation.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved room blocks at several hotels within a 15-minute drive of the venue. Please check our "Travel" tab on the website for additional information.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please note any food allergies or dietary restrictions when completing your RSVP, so we can inform our caterers.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The Denver metro area in June is generally warm, with daytime highs in the low-to-mid 80s and evening lows in the high 50s. Brief afternoon showers are not uncommon. The Colorado sun is very strong, so wear sunscreen, stay hydrated, and if you go hiking in the afternoon, it may be a good idea keep a raincoat or poncho in your bag.
