What should I wear?

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Check out this article to see exactly what that means: https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364 We would also appreciate you not wearing our wedding colors: light purple and dark green so that you don't blend in with the decorations. Also, bring socks!

What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 4pm. Please arrive prior to that to find a seat.

Where should I park?
Answer
UMD has a lot of construction, so it is best to come in campus from the back (near the football stadium-University Blvd to Stadium Dr))! You can park in 2 places: Union lane garage is right next to Stamp, but you have to pay hourly parking ($3 per hour). The other option is Lot Z by the ludwig soccer field. I recommend parking as close as you can to the corner of the football stadium because you will walk down that road to get to stamp. What happens after the ceremony?

While the wedding party are taking photos, guests and invited to go to Terpzone in the basement level of Stamp for hor d'oeuvres and refreshments at cocktail hour.

What time does the reception end?

The party will come to an end at around 10pm. We understand if you need to leave earlier.

Do I get a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, only children of family members are invited to the wedding. Their names will be listed on the invitations if they are invited. Thanks for understanding.
