Update: We’re asking that all guests be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend the wedding. If you have special circumstances that do not allow this, please let us know and we can talk about how we can ensure a negative test prior to attending the wedding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45pm.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail or semi-formal attire is recommended. We'd like everyone to be dressed nicely to suit this special occasion. However, we want everyone to be comfortable and ready to dance! Bringing back-up dancing shoes is encouraged. The ceremony and reception will be held on hard ground and gravel, so there won't be any heels sinking into the grass.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Based on typical September temps, weather is expected to be in the high 70's - low 80's during the day, but will drop in the evening. Please bring a light jacket!

Question

Where are the wedding and reception?

Answer

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Peltzer Winery. The ceremony area is right next to the cocktail hour space and reception area. You won't need to go anywhere once you arrive at the venue.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Follow signs for event parking, winery parking, or farm parking. All have access to the ceremony and reception area. We recommend leaving your car overnight and getting an Uber or Lyft to get back to your hotel at the end of the night.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

The ceremony area, reception area, and bathrooms are all very close together and wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you will need any other assistance, and the venue can help supply transportation from the parking lot or between areas.

Question

What can be expected regarding COVID?

Answer

This an ever-developing question. Keeping everyone safe is very important to us. As of right now, it seems most guests will be vaccinated by September. Please try to get vaccinated if you can to protect yourself and other guests. We may ask guests wear masks when not actively eating or drinking, depending on the situation at the time. Non-vaccinated guests will likely be asked to wear a mask throughout the event. Household groups will be sat together at tables. Please stay tuned as these considerations may be adjusted based on the situation in September. We understand that hosting and attending an event such as this comes with inherent risks. We will do our absolute best to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
