What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Please wear semi formal attire… please no jeans, shorts, or t-shirts!

Can I bring kids to the wedding?

Answer

Of course! Please just let Kaitlyn know in advance so she can plan ahead!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

When you RSVP it will let you know if you have a plus one. Unfortently due to the large family there are not many of these. (Sorry in advance)

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 6th 2020. If you don't RSVP by that date, but plan on showing up then please bring a chair and a meal... LOL.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

Please RSVP through this wedding website! It's much easier on the both of us.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

We have wedding blocks with Double Tree by Hilton in Historical Savannah and Andaz Savannah - a concept by Hyatt.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The expected highs in September are in the 80s and lows in the 70s.

Is there transportation to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a vintage bus that goes to both hotels that will drop guest off at the venue. This bus will be avaible to use throughout the night for anyone who needs to leave early. Guest are more than welcome to drive their own vechiles as well. There is plenty of parking and is a short drive from the hotels.

Answer

There is a designated field for parking, there will be a worker guiding traffic!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

20-25 minutes before the ceremony. (4ish) The ceremony will be held outside, and there will be limited space inside for waiting.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

The ceremony will be a NO TECHNOLOGY ceremony. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers and will be more then happy to share our pictures with you. We want everyone to enjoy this special moment with us and not with your phones or cameras.

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour to enjoy food, the open bar, and to get to know each other's families. We will also have a photo booth and outdoor games for some fun!

What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will be serving comfort food and guilty pleasures. (Our favorites) There will be food such as prime rib, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, veggies, pasta, and fried chicken. For dessert there will be cake and a dessert bar with a verity of desserts to choose from. If you enjoy the food as much as we do we will also have togo boxes at the end of the night to save for a late night snack! If you have any dietary restrictions please let Kaitlyn know asap so she can make a special plate for you! We want everyone to be able to enjoy the food!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

10pm, but we would love for you to continue the party with us as we go bar hopping in Historical Savannah!

Where are you registered?

Answer

Our registry is on this website under the registry tab as well as through Target. We also will have a place for cards and gifts at the wedding if you rather give us something else/in person.
