Please arrive comfortable and confident! We welcome bright colored "formal casual" attire - whatever that means to you! Dresses, casual button-downs/polos, etc., and for all the husbands: Yes, jeans are great! Please no "sweat short" types, but "dressy" shorts are good as well! (This event will be indoors) P.S. Be prepared for photos! P.P.S. We don't care what you look like, we just want you there! If you are super worried, please don't hesitate to contact Emilee! She loves an outfit chit chat!
Kids are very much welcome! Please note all kiddos (and their ages) who will be joining us during our celebration on your RSVP so we can accommodate them with meals and activities! Childcare is not provided, so while this may not be your circus, they are still your monkeys, and we don't want anyone getting hurt or bored. Please reach out to Emilee if you have any questions! We are happy to see all the littles!
Please note all "Plus Ones" and Children when you receive your "Save The Date" and/or RSVP. We want to be as accommodating as possible, but anyone not listed on the RSVP by July 10th will unfortunately not be able to attend. We want our guests to be comfortable with their own company, but we do want to limit any "This is so and so..." conversations on the day of. Thank you for understanding!
Please let Emilee know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions by the RSVP deadline so we can include those details in the menu/meal alternatives! Please be specific (gluten-free vs. celiac disease, raw garlic allergy vs. garlic salt, etc.). No outside food or drink is allowed.
Lodging with Running Y is recommended, but we understand if that is not in the cards for all families! Klamath Falls has many other hotels to look into. However, please note that Running Y is 20-minute drive out of town, so be aware with your booking and travel needs.
The closest airport to our venue is Medford International Airport (approx. 1.5-hour drive). The Redmond airport is also an option (and our preferred choice!), which is about a 2.5-hour drive to our venue. However, transportation will not be provided.
We have put together a registry with Amazon, Walmart, and Zola (...because, of course, we can't get it all in one place). Gift cards and cash gifts are always welcome via digital or physical, but gifting is absolutely NOT required! We will be flying into Oregon from Iowa for the wedding, so if you would like to ship a gift instead, please contact Emilee for our Iowa address. However, it would be really special to have our friends and family write us cards and notes to be received at the celebration! We are so excited to celebrate this new chapter of our story with our family and friends! We hope you can join us on September 7th, 2026!
