No, we ask our guests refrain from using their cellphones or camera during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer that will be capturing the ceremony that we will share with everyone. We don’t want to see your phones in these pictures that we will cherish forever!
Yes! Although we wont have a designated kids area, there is plenty of space for children to play and roam.
The ceremony will be outside while the reception will be indoors. Montana weather is unpredictable so we recommend checking the forecast before the wedding to be prepared to dress accordingly.
Enter Hail Columbia Ranch into google maps and it should take you right to us. There will also be a shuttle in the evening running from 9pm-12am. If you and your loved ones choose to indulge in our open bar we strongly encourage you utilize the shuttle.
When you pull up to the venue there will be a dirt road leading up to the right. There is plenty of parking up the hill. We will have signage and directions where to park. We encourage you to arrive early before 4:15pm if you are going to the ceremony to avoid distracting the service or trailing dust.
We will have an open bar for beer, mixed drinks, and mocktails but cash tips for the staff are encouraged. There is not an atm on site. Again we recommend using the shuttle service provided if you will be drinking. We care about you!
Cellular service is spotty at the venue. Please prepare in advance as you may not be able to get ahold of us or your party.
Attire is summer semi-formal! Look nice and have fun. We do ask you to avoid jean shorts and neon colors. Our color scheme is warm neutrals but wear whatever makes you feel confident!
