What time should I arrive?

Doors will open at 6:30pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 7:30pm

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

You have both options to choose from. Either one will do. RSVP whether mailed or online need to be submitted no later than June 15, 2019.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.” No jeans allowed

Are there any colors you would prefer me not to wear?

Answer

Wedding colors are Navy, Blush(Petal), and Gold....any color but those are acceptable

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer that service

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have hotel room block but we have recommended a few great hotels close to the venue or you may want to find Airbnb

Are there any local places you’d recommend I visit while I’m in town?

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?

Plenty of free parking at location

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to limit children to just those of the wedding party.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. If inclement weather occurs then it will be moved in doors at the same location.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked we have put together a honeymoon fund. Please visit our registry page for all the details.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

It is scheduled to end at 12 midnight.

Is there someone I can contact if I have any other questions about the wedding?

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Um, is there a sun and moon? LOL. Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off. This ain’t no Footloose.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall for cocktail hour, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.”

May I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, our venue does not allow outside alcohol, but no need to worry we have an open bar that fill your needs.

Question

I I tried to RSVP online by entering by my name as it appears on my invitation and received an error message, what's going on? Or I cannot RSVP online, what should I do?

Answer

When you RSVP, please enter the First name and Last name for one person listed on your invitation. This should solve your problems. If you find that our online RSVP form is not working for you, please use your RSVP card to let us know that you will be joining us.

Who should I contact with questions on the day of the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you do not contact the bride on the day of the wedding. If you have any questions you may contact John or Erin.
