When Do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We will be accepting RSVP's until June 19th, 2025 - If we haven't heard from you by then, unfortunately we will have to mark you as unable to attend and will miss celebrating our special day with you!

Can I Bring a Plus One?
Answer
Guest that have been given a plus one have been notified on their invitation and their plus one should be included on the RSVP, otherwise we are unable to accommodate any extra guests.

Are Our Kids Invited?
Answer
Yes!! If you wish to bring your kids they are more than welcome to come, Rhaynel has a lot of young ones on her side of the family so the kids will have lots of new friends to play with. As for dinner, we will need to know ahead of time if your kids will be eating the supper provided, kids that are under 6 are able to eat for free!

What are we Having for Supper?
Answer
Supper is being provided by Hines Creek Colony and will be served buffet style. On the menu we have barbequed hog accompanied by special sauce, fresh buns, baked potato & fixings, perogies, caeser salad, pasta salad and carrots & peas. Please let us know on your ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions so we can ask about substitutions for you.

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding colour's are shades of blue. All we ask is that you wear something semi-formal and summery, but most importantly just make sure you can dance in it!

What Time Should we Arrive?

Please arrive at the farm at least 30min ahead of time in order to find parking, grab a beverage and get settled in before the 3pm ceremony start time.

Where do we go After the Ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony we do ask that everyone makes there way back to the hall just so we can get our photos at the farm done right away, the hall will be open for cocktail hour @ 5pm.

Do you need cash for the bar?

Yes, we will be having a ticketed toonie bar, dinner is on us but drinks are on you!

Do we have a Registry?
Answer
As we have been home owners for quite some time now and our home is filled with more than just love, we are not creating a material wedding registry. Your presence on our wedding day will be the greatest gift we could ask for! However if you wish to honor us with a gift, a small cash donation to our family future fund would be cherished.
