All reservations through the room block must be made at least Four Weeks before the wedding date. Details about the block: For July 15th - July 18th the DoubleTree will have standard king or 2 double beds available at our group rate of $129.00 per night and that rate includes a hot breakfast buffet for up to 2 to 4 people per room. Guests will only receive breakfast if they make their reservation through the wedding room block (group code GW4). All reservations through the room block must be made by June 29th.

Shuttle
Shuttle from DoubleTree

The DoubleTree will have a shuttle available. It only seats 11 people at a time, so plan accordingly. There are approximately 60 other people staying at the DoubleTree for the wedding. If you want to take the shuttle, you will need to tell the front desk.

You only need to apply the check in and check out dates to make the reservation. The cut-off date to book in the block is 06.29.2022. Details about the block: Quoted rate for a three-night pattern (TH/F/SA or F/SA/SU) is $109.00 for kings and queens , $114.00+tax for King Executive rooms (Rate valid Thurs- Sun).
