Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00pm. Guests may arrive as early as 5pm. Please arrive no later than 5:45pm in order to have enough time to find your seats and settle in.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear gowns or cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. (In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors.) For cocktail hours, guests can choose to mingle both indoors and outdoors. Reception will follow immediately after in the Terrace Ballroom.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes!

Question

What COVID-19 safety measures will be taken?

Answer

Please be assured that your health and safety is our top priority! Along with adhering to the current CDC guidelines, we ask that all guests (age 12 and up) are fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated means it has been at least two weeks since you received your second dose of either Pfizer or Moderna, or at least two weeks since your single dose of Johnson & Johnson.

Question

What if I don’t want to take the vaccine?

Answer

We respect your right to make choices about your health. However, out of interest for the health and safety of our friends, family, and community, we will not be allowing unvaccinated individuals to celebrate with us. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the bride or groom.

Question

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

As per the CDC’s guidelines, fully vaccinated individuals are no longer mandated to wear a mask. Of course, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, you are certainly welcome to continue doing so. Unvaccinated people are still mandated to wear a mask, however we are not allowing unvaccinated individuals to attend our celebration. We will be fully complying with national, state, and local rules and regulations regarding public health and safety. Our website will be updated as guidelines evolve.
