FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 25, 2026. We cannot accommodate late responses, as we must provide a final count to our vendors shortly after.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those formally listed on the invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that our celebration be a night for adults to relax and enjoy, with the exception of children in our immediate family. We hope you’ll take this opportunity for a special date night and celebrate alongside us.

Question

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place in an open-air chapel, a covered outdoor space with open sides. Guests will be shaded, though the space is not climate-controlled. The reception will be held indoors in an air-conditioned hall.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We invite you to dress in cocktail attire - polished and semi-formal, while still comfortable for a summer celebration. Think light, breathable fabrics in bright, soft, or colorful tones that reflect the season and complement the romantic, airy atmosphere of our day.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a large gravel parking lot located beside the reception hall. From there, guests will follow the gravel path behind the reception hall, which leads through the woods to the chapel.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present, and our photographer will capture it all. After the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and videos—we would love to see the celebration from your perspective!

Question

Who should I contact if I have any questions?

Answer

Please do not contact the bride or the groom with questions on the day of the wedding. Instead, please contact Robyn Gould, a bridesmaid at (352) 257-4007 or Josh Maharty, a groomsman at (910) 568-1099.
