What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There is a short walk to the ceremony location from the parking lot. The venue provides a cart for our friends and family who may need some assistance getting to their seats. Please arrive by at least 5:15 to allow for parking and seating.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, transportation to and from the hotel to the venue will be provided. Shuttle schedule -pre ceremony: 4:30pm (14 passenger van) 4:40pm *main shuttle to depart hotel to venue 4:50 Return shuttle options: 9:30pm (14 passenger van) 10:30pm (14 passenger van) 10:45pm (coach) 11:30pm (14 passenger van) 12:00pm (coach)

Is there parking?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue and at the hotel. Overnight parking at the venue is available, if needed.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be held in an outdoor covered patio, which will be available during the remainder of the evening.

Kindly RSVP by April 19th.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list, as we are at the max capacity at our venue. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you think there's been a mistake, please reach out to us directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love little all of your little ones, however, we are limited to the number of guests we can have. Out of necessity rather than choice, we will be limiting children at our wedding to the children of family only.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
