Question

Do the number of guests on the invitation include children?

Answer

Yes, this includes all children up to the age of 10. We want parents to enjoy our wedding as much as possible! We understand finding a sitter may not be easy, but since it is in Napa, we would prefer our guests spend the night so they don't have to worry about driving home, especially because there will be an open bar. There will be some exceptions for children (ring bearer, flower girl etc.) but we have our own personal reasons for these specific children to be present and hope our guests understand and respect our wishes.

Incluyen las invitaciones a niños?

Answer

Si, todos los niños hasta la edad de 10. Queremos que los papas disfruten los mas posible de nuestra boda! Entendemos que buscar a una niñera no sera facil, pero como la boda sera en Napa, preferimos que nuestros invitados se queden la noche en Napa para no que no manejen a casa muy tarde, especialmente porque habrá barra abierta. Habrán unas excepciones para niños (portador del anillo, niña de las flores etc.) pero tenemos nuestras razones personales para permitirlos y esperamos que nuestros invitados entiendan y respeten nuestros deseos.

Are there any room blocks for guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, as of now, there are not any room blocks. We are working to provide rooms for our guests at the lowest price possible, but so far the room blocks come out to be more expensive per night than if booked individually online. We will keep trying to find a hotel with a room block at a reasonable price but we would STRONGLY suggest you book your room ASAP.

Habrá cuartos apartados para los invitados?

Answer

En este momento no tenemos cuartos apartados porque los precios que nos han dado no son razonables. Seria mejor apartar los cuartos individualmente, ya que el costo sería menos. Seguiremos tratando de encontrar un hotel con precios razonables para apartar cuartos pero les sugerimos que aparten sus cuartos imediatamente ahorita que todavia estan los precios bajos.

Will alcohol be available after the 8pm cutoff time of open bar?

Answer

Yes, alcohol will be available for purchase. There will be 4 hours of open bar (4pm-8pm), but we do wish for our guests to be responsible and know their limits. Our wedding will be heavily photographed and videotaped so any drunken shenanigans WILL be recorded and documented for us to laugh and make fun of for years to come...they will also get escorted OUT of the wedding. Don't be one of those please.

Habrá alcohol disponible después de las 8pm cuando se acabe la barra abierta?

Answer

Si, después the la barra abierta (4pm-8pm), habrá alcohol de venta. Esperamos que nuestros invitados sean responsables adultos y sepan su limite. Nuestra boda será fotografiada y si alguien esta borracho tendremos las fotos y videos para nuestro entretenimiento después de la boda, y aparte, serán sacados de la boda. Por Favor no sea una de esas personas..

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30pm. Guests are welcome to arrive an hour early, there is a bar in the main building for purchase where you can sit and wait, otherwise, we are asking for guests to arrive 15-30 minutes early. Please keep in mind that our wedding will be on a Friday so there will be traffic. Any late guests will not be allowed in the ceremony area until after it is finished.

La ceremonia empieza a las 3:30. Los invitados pueden llegar hasta una hora antes, en el edificio atras del area de la recepcion hay una barra donde se podrá sentar para esperar y podrán comprar bebidas. Por favor tengan en mente que es un viernes y habrá tráfico para Napa si no se van temprano. Estamos pidiendo que aunque sea lleguen entre 15-30 minutos antes. Si llegan tarde no podrán entrar a la ceremonia hasta que se termine a las 4pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We are asking guests to dress formal. Absolutely no jeans, baseball caps, tennis shoes, or indecent clothes. Please dress accordingly and modestly.

Formal. absolutamente NO pantalones de mezclilla, gorras de béisbol, zapatos de tenis, o ropa inmodesta. Por favor vistaze con modestia.
