FAQs

Question

Will there be alcohol present?

Answer

No! There will be a small cake reception after the ceremony where beverages will be provided.

Question

Are phones allowed during the ceremony

Answer

No! There will be a photographer present and in order to capture this beautiful covenant, clear view of the bride and groom is needed. Any photos taken by photographer will be sent to guests after the wedding via Google Photos link!

Question

Will there be chairs?

Answer

Yes and No. We will prioritize immediate family and grandparents to be seated. The seating space that the venue provides is limited so any other persons are first come first serve for the available seating. The ceremony will only last up to 30 minutes so seating is not an immediate necessity. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

How can I ensure the bride and grooms special day is stress free?

Answer

To avoid fines the bride and groom may be subject to: Please arrive on time, be aware of your personal belongings, trash, and make a timely exit to be curtious of the next couples wedding reservation (2:45PM)

Question

What if there is rain or other weather permitting circumstances?

Answer

Rain or shine, it’s wedding time! The ceremony will go on but if weather affects your ability to join us, we totally understand. There will be a livestream link available so that you may still have a chance to be apart of our special day.

Question

Where do I leave gifts?

Answer

Gifts are so appreciated but due to the outdoor venue, limited reservation time, and strict clean up policy, we prefer gifts be sent to the provided address in the links. To make it easier on our guests, we have a monetary gift link that you can send directly to bride and groom or you can visit our Amazon and/or Target registry link.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We understand it is very short notice, but we ask all guests to RSVP by April 7th. If you miss the RSVP window, there will be a livestream link available so that you may still have a chance to be apart of our special day.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code: your preference is our preference. If you would like to dress casual, formal, or anything in between, be our guest; as long as you’re able to be apart of our special day :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The venue provides only a limited space with covered seating as well as limited parking.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! We encourage parents to bring their children but ask that they are respectful during ceremony and adhere to cleaning policy.

Question

What is the venues cleaning policy?

Answer

Because there are multiple ceremonies scheduled throughout the day, we must clean any and all trash and set up/tear down our own decor and seating within the allowed time slot. We would appreciate any and all help in the efforts to avoid fines.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Unfortunately catering is not accepted at this venue BUT there will be a small cake reception following the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring food for myself or the bride/groom

Answer

Please no outside food or drinks. We will provide water and cake after the ceremony. Because the bride has Celiac Disease, it inhibits her to eat any gluten or its derivatives. While we would appreciate any effort to make items gluten free, we can’t accept due to cross contamination (I.e. making gluten free foods in a kitchen not dedicated gluten free)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes but it is limited to only 20 cars. If possible, PLEASE CAR POOL. If the parking is full at main lot, you will have to park at the separate lot. Address will be shared the day before the wedding
