What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00PM, followed by dinner at 7:00PM. Due to traffic on Fridays, we suggest you plan your travel accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but thought you might like a night off… and to enjoy the open bar. With that being said, we have chosen to make our special day adults only (we can only accommodate those who are in the wedding party)! We thank you for understanding.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We have secured a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Livermore from Thursday, January 20 to Saturday January 22. To take advantage of the group discount, please book your room(s) by Monday, January 3, 2022. When making reservations, please refer to the "De Ocampo-Flores" wedding party to receive the group rate. Guests can call the hotel at 1-800-321-2211 to book your rooms. Or click the HOTEL tab on the top of the page for a direct link to book online!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, we prefer you do! When you RSVP, it will ask you if you have any dietary restrictions.

Question

Do I need to show proof of vaccination or provide a negative COVID test result?

Answer

Let's just say if you are not vaccinated... we would appreciate it if you could take a COVID test prior to attending the party to ensure all guest in attendance are kept safe. In light of the mask mandate from Alameda County, a sign at the main entrance will inform guests that masks are required unless outdoors and/or actively eating and drinking. There will be an attendant providing masks to guests if needed.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but if you do wish to make a gesture, we have created a Cash Fund Registry to make a contribution towards our future home and/or honeymoon!
