When do I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP "yes" or "no" as soon as possible; it helps our planning process to know who is joining us and who is not! However, our vendors are requesting RSVPs must be submitted by 06/28/2025. On 06/29/2025, all RSVPs not yet answered will be marked as “will not be attending,” and you will be missed! Our only option to RSVP for guests will be through our website; you will not need to send a physical RSVP back to us

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We hope most of you join us for the weekend at our venue; however, those joining us on the day of our ceremony must arrive by 4:00 PM. Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. Champagne will be offered before the ceremony as you mingle! You will not be allowed to sit and watch the ceremony if you are late. We will catch you at the reception!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress your best! Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so make sure you check the weather forecast. The dress code is semi-formal. Women are encouraged to wear semi-formal midi or maxi dresses, while men are encouraged to wear nice slacks and button-ups or suits. Please, NO jeans, flip-flops, Hawaiian shirts, sweats, shorts, etc. Also, please, no white or shades of white. Those are reserved for the lovely bride.

What accommodations are offered?

Chalet View Lodge has 52 rooms that can accommodate up to 150 guests. Unfortunately, not every guest can stay at the lodge due to our guest list count. We highly recommend booking your accommodations ASAP to stay on site. Please note that Graeagle is relatively remote. Ride sharing apps and other technological amenities will not be available.

How can I change my reservation at Chalet View if needed?

Answer

The front desk does not have access to create, modify, or cancel reservations within group blocks. The easiest way to switch a room type is to visit the website, www.chaletviewlodge.com, click on the “check availability” button on the top right, then scroll all the way to the bottom of that page. There, you’ll see a dark gray “Modify or Cancel a Reservation or Itinerary” button. Click on that, then search for the reservation by confirmation number (found in the confirmation email in your inbox) or by email and password if you created an account. Once logged in, you have full control and can change the reservation date, room type, etc. If you experience technical difficulties with your group block, please reach out to Heather Marsh, our Director of Events, at heather@chaletview.com.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The bride and groom are incredibly fortunate to be loved by many, and because of this, we can only accommodate the individuals listed on your invitation. If you were given a plus one, they will appear under your name when RSVPing. If they do not, we are sorry, but we cannot accommodate them.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we can only accommodate the little ones in our wedding party. We encourage you to spend a date night with us!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Please turn your phone completely off during the ceremony to prevent any additional noise from distracting from the love. We have hired a fantastic photographer and videographer to capture the special moments, so you do not need to do so! However, you can take as many photos and videos as you want during the reception!

Looking for our gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the only gift we need, but if you want to know more about it, please visit the registry tab on our website. We are blessed to have most of the things we need for our home, so we only seek contributions to our dream honeymoon. You can contribute online, or we will have a card box for our wedding.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar at our wedding. Don't forget to tip your bartenders!
