'55 Exchange Ice Cream
Our favorite ice cream shop- the '55 Exchange on Clemson's campus. This ice cream is made by Clemson students and is a must-try! We both love the double chocolate chip flavor. Be sure to park in the metered visitor spots in the lot across the street.
South Carolina Botanical Garden
The perfect place to stroll and smell the flowers in bloom. Head to the gazebo to feed the ducks and watch the turtles in the pond. Plus, free entry!
SunnySide Cafe
The best breakfast place in town. Our tradition for the morning of any special occasion or when we have guests! Their cheese grits are unbeatable.
Zen Ramen and Sushi Burrito
Patrick's favorite restaurant in Clemson is, of course, Zen Ramen. They also have sushi burritos if you're into that. Fun fact: this was where we had our second date before seeing a soccer game at Clemson!
The Esso Club
If you want a casual bite, The Esso Club is a Clemson tradition dating back to 1933. Here, Alana's dad and Patrick split a basket of fried mushrooms nearly every Sunday.
