Question
What do I do if the hotel says the rooms are all blocked?
Answer
Please let us know if the rooms are no longer available. We can reserve more rooms at the discounted rate!
Question
I have small children, will they be allowed to attend and will there be activities for them?
Answer
Since there will be alcohol on the premises and we are liable for all damages that occur and any underage consumption (accidental or on purpose), we ask that you find a babysitter for the evening and enjoy the night knowing your children are taken care of! No activities will be provided for children, as we ask that no young children attend. If you cannot find someone to watch your children, we ask that you make sure they are on their BEST behavior during the wedding. (Y'all I work with crying babies and really don't want to hear crying children on this night, being honest here.)

Is there parking available on site?
Answer
Yes! There is a rather large parking lot right out front. However, if you plan on drinking we ask that you have a DD, Uber, or grab a hotel room for the night so you can enjoy yourself and don't have to worry about how you will get home.

What is the dress attire?
Answer
Whatever is comfortable for you! A May wedding can either be incredibly hot and muggy, or weirdly pleasant. So no real dress code, sun dresses, club dress, black tie, or cargo shorts. Doesn't matter to us! Groomsmen will be in Charcoal grey and Bridesmaids will be in Navy blue, avoid those colors if you don't feel like being mistaken for the wedding party!

What kind of food will be served?
Answer
In true Texas fashion, we will be serving BBQ food! Brisket, Sausage, Turkey; Sides- Buttered red potatoes, mac&cheese, and green beans. Plus water and Iced tea

Can I bring a plus 1?
Answer
Of course! What fun is a wedding if you can't have a friend or significant other join you? Just specify how many people will be attending when you mail back your RSVP cards!

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?
Answer
NO! We are having an "Unplugged Ceremony". Please no phone or cameras out during the Ceremony. We have paid a Professional Photographer good money for this purpose and we do not want our pictures clouded with cell phones and people standing around trying to get a picture of us. Please Please Please respect our wishes on this. And of course feel free to take all the pictures your phone can handle during the reception!

Can I RSVP online or through text?
Answer
No, please send back the RSVP card as we have paid for postage on all of them and it is easier to keep track with the rsvp cards.

I have questions that weren't answered here. What do I do?
Answer
Don't ask so many questions....just kidding! Contact either Eric or myself and we will try to answer your question to the best of our ability. Keep in mind we both work night shift, and sleep from 8am-4pm, so text us/facebook us and be patient waiting for a response!
