RSVP: Confirming Attendance
Answer
Use the RSVP tab on the website to confirm whether you can join us for our celebration! Please fill out all questions and information in their entirety. If you need to make any updates, you can return to the link to do so. Official Deadline to RSVP is July 1st, but please complete this as soon as possible to make planning smoother for you and the lovely couple! Note: If your name does not show up, please refer to the spelling on your invitation.

Welcome Reception Friday Night
Answer
This event is NOT the rehearsal dinner. It is a separate event where we can spend time with all of our guests and make the most out of our weekend together! The event is from 7-9 pm Friday evening. There will be a beer and wine bar plus popcorn available, but there WILL NOT BE FOOD AVAILABLE. Please keep this in mind and make sure you eat dinner before arriving. We don't want anyone going hungry!

Food & Drink
Answer
When you RSVP, you will be prompted to share any dietary restrictions. The venue can guarantee dietary accommodations submitted by the RSVP deadline (July 1st). There will be a pre-set menu, including an open bar, for the celebration. Please do not bring any outside beverages as this is restricted by the venue. The menu looks phenomenal and we're excited to enjoy a great meal and share memories together!

Policies for the Special Day

Plus-one Policy: Unfortunately, due to space restrictions, we cannot allow plus-one unless explicitly invited or told otherwise. Thank you for your understanding! Phone/Camera: Katie & David have found a lovely team to photograph and record their special day. They will be having an unplugged ceremony and ask that everyone be present to share in their happy moments! Their photographer knows karate, don't test her. Children: As we will be serving alcoholic beverages, unfortunately we cannot celebrate with your beloved little ones. Please make accommodations ahead of time to the best of your ability!

Dress Code for the Wedding: Formal attire should be worn for the wedding and reception. For reference, please see this guide: https://www.theknot.com/content/formal-wedding-attire Dress Code for other events: Business casual. The welcome reception and brunch will be a bit less formal, but no t-shirts and such please! Colors: Entirely up to you; however, DO NOT WEAR WHITE! Note: Please be aware that the ceremony and reception will be hosted OUTDOORS with uneven ground. Plan your footwear accordingly (we HIGHLY recommend closed toed shoes)!

Transportation

Shuttle Service: This is the default transportation for the special day! Given limited space on-site, Katie & David have arranged for a shuttle service to pick up guests at their lodging for the ceremony and reception. When you RSVP, you will share your lodging so the service can coordinate your pick-up and drop-off. On-Site Parking: Again, there is limited parking at the venue! The venue may turn away guests if there are insufficient spaces available. Please reach out if you need accommodations or have an exceptional need for personal parking.

Weather contingency: We have a hybrid venue, and so in the event of inclement weather, we will adjust to celebrate indoors! Accessibility: If you require specific accommodations, please reach out as soon as possible!
