What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony will begin at 5 PM, so please arrive 20-30 minutes prior. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, onsite parking will be available at Poplar Springs. Overnight parking is permitted but cars must be picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, A shuttle will be provided from the Holiday Inn Express hotel block, listed under 'Accommodations'.

Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, moving inside for dinner and reception.
