Question

What other kinds of accommodations are there besides hotels?

Answer

If you don't want to stay in a hotel, there are a few AirBnB's available in the Cove and La Grande areas. In addition to these, camping spots for tents or RV's will be available at the Spracklen Farm. There will be electric hookups, access to water, and portable outhouses. The indoor facilities will be reserved for the wedding party.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors on the Spracklen family farm, and the reception will be held inside the barn. While the reception is indoors, the barn is not heated and the doors will be open, so plan accordingly if you get cold.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We would love for you to wear dressed-up outfits; just remember that this event will take place outdoors on a farm, so some practical aspects may make your day a bit better. While the weather is usually lovely and warm, it can sometimes be unpredictable at this time in the spring, so make sure you bring options for if it gets cold, windy, or even a little rainy.

Question

Will there be food to accommodate special dietary restrictions?

Answer

The reception dinner will be vegetarian, we will do our best to accommodate other dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any such restrictions as early as you can in your RSVP.

Question

Camping at the Farm

Answer

We would love for you to camp on our farm if you need to! We are unable to provide indoor restroom facilities for anyone outside of the bridal parties or their significant others. However, there will be outhouses, running water, and some very friendly pets!
