There will be two rounds of shuttles pre-ceremony. Round 1: Country Inn & Suites 2:30 pm DoubleTree 2:40 pm Round 2: Country Inn & Suites 3:25 pm DoubleTree: 3:35 pm We kindly ask that if you are staying Friday night, you try to take the first round of shuttles to make room on the later shuttle for those that need to check into their hotel. The bar will be open at the venue prior to the ceremony. Cars may also be left overnight at the venue, but must be picked up Sunday morning prior to 11am. Late night shuttles will depart at 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 10:00pm, 11:00pm and will return to the same hotels.
