When should I book my room with Vactioneeze?

Answer

We suggest reaching out and booking as soon as possible. We have a room block set up and have planned it in a way that would give our guests 1 year to finish paying off their stay! Rooms need to be paid in full by July 1, 2023 so please plan accordingly. Additionally, if you would like to upgrade to a nicer room category, Vacationeeze will be able to do that for you as well but availability is limited. So if you are interested, please do not wait!

What is included in the price of my stay?

Answer

Royalton Riviera Cancun is an all inclusive resort! Being so, all food and drinks- including alcohol- are included in the room rates provided. Additionally, the transfer to/from the airport is also included. Kindly note that the airfare is NOT included. We suggest setting a google alert for flights into Cancun from your nearest airport to score a deal!

Are the Ceremony and Reception both located in the resort?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony and Cocktail hour will be held at the Sky Terrace at Royalton. *Please pay close attention to the "at royalton" part when looking at the map as there are 2 sky terrace's in the resort. The other is located in the Hideaway area. Reception will be held just a few steps away from the ocean, at the Nautica Beach Bar!

How many days should I book my stay for?

Answer

Royalton Riviera requires a 4 night minimum stay. You are more than welcome to extend your vacation and stay for longer if you wish. Vacationeeze locked in the rates we shared with you for a few extra days before and after the wedding for anyone who would like to take advantage!

How do I reserve my spot on the shuttle?

Answer

Once you have your flight details, please share them with Vacationeeze. Please note that flight details need to be shared with vacationeeze by September 5, 2023 in order to secure your transfer.

What day do I need to be at the resort by?

Answer

We will be hosting a welcome party on October 20th and the wedding will take place on October 21st. Being that the reservation needs to be a 4 night minimum, you can schedule those 4 nights however you wish. What we care about the most is spending October 21st with you all. You are more than welcome to schedule every other day as you wish. We want you all to take advantage and truly see this as a vacation!
