Like all great modern romances, ours began with a swipe. Thank you, Hinge! After about a month of calendars not lining up, Theresa finally carved out a two-hour window on a Sunday to finally meet. Our first date was filled with laughter, sharing about our lives, and Theresa spilling her water (in true Theresa form). From the start, we both felt something special was there between us. We bonded over our interests, families, sense of humor (she told me I was funny on the first date), and Theresa’s love for Jeeps. A few dates in, Chris faced the ultimate test: meeting Rookie, Theresa’s German Shepard. Rookie didn’t hesitate and gave Chris the paw of approval (dropping the ball for him), and just like that, we became a little family. Since then, life has been a beautiful adventure. We’ve traveled to amazing places, explored countless coffee shops, and cheered on our favorite sports teams. Whether we’re on our walk with Rookie or binge-watching our latest show, we’re happiest just being together. Our story is still unfolding, but the chapters so far have been filled with love, laughter, and a whole lot of joy. We can’t wait to enter this next chapter with all of you!
