It all began on a Friday night in Gainesville, Florida, back in 2015. What was supposed to be a fun night out with friends turned into something much more unforgettable. Reshaun was out with her girlfriends when she noticed someone across the room — so handsome and completely unaware he had just caught her eye. She leaned over and told her friends how attractive he was, but before she could even finish her sentence, her girls were already on the move. They walked right up to him and boldly said, “Our friend wants to dance with you.” Caught off guard and not even looking to see who they were talking about, Luther nervously replied, “No thank you.” But fate clearly had other plans. Later that night, as the energy settled and conversation took over the dance floor, the two finally spoke. There was a spark, something easy and undeniable. They exchanged numbers before the night ended — and from there, the story truly began. Over the past 10 years, we've grown, traveled, and built a beautiful life together. From Florida to Kentucky and now Georgia, every move brought new adventures and strengthened the bond we share. Along the way, we added two furbabies to our little family — Bella and Hercules — who bring just as much joy (and chaos) as we could ever hope for. What started as a missed dance turned into a decade full of laughter, growth, love, and memories we cherish deeply. Now, we look ahead to our greatest adventure yet — marriage — and we’re so incredibly grateful to begin this next chapter surrounded by those who have loved and supported us through it all.
