What date should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you will be joining us for the wedding by August 11, 2024.
Question
Where will the wedding and reception be held? Is the venue handicap accessible?
Answer
Both the wedding and reception will be held at Villa Parker which is handicap accessible. Villa Parker is located at: 10750 Pine Drive Parker, CO 80138

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be starting at 4:30pm so we would recommend arriving at the venue at 4pm. This allows everyone plenty of time to find a seat, get settled and maybe even make a new friend before the ceremony begins.

Can we bring children?
Answer
We wish we could include all children, but are unfortunately only able to invite children of our immediate family and wedding party.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
We have intentionally created space for plus ones, as specified on the website under your individual RSVP. We ask that you please only bring the number of additional guests stated there.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Dress code is cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates.

What will the weather be like in October?
Answer
We're really hoping for a nice day, but Colorado weather can be unpredictable . It is typically warmer in the day (60s) with cooler temps in the evening (40s). We would recommend bringing layers to add later as the temps drop since the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. If there ends up being inclement weather the day of the wedding, ceremony and reception will be moved indoors at the same venue.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Dancing will be indoors in the ballroom.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is parking on site for our wedding guests. However, it is somewhat limited so we ask that you carpool with other guests if able.
Question
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
We will have a buffet style Italian dinner and cake of course! If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions that we need to be aware of please let us know so that we can make the necessary accommodations for you! We want everyone to be able to enjoy a delicious dinner.

Will there be alcohol served at the wedding?
Answer
There will be a cash bar so our guests will be welcome to purchase alcoholic drinks if they would like to! We will provide a variety of non-alcoholic beverages for guests to enjoy.

Where should we bring/ship out wedding gift?
Answer
You are welcome to ship any wedding gifts to the address below. If you choose to bring a gift to the wedding we will have a space provided. 15176 E Jefferson Pl. Aurora, CO 80014
Question
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony so we politely ask that you please turn off your phones and cameras. We promise to share all of the beautiful memories that our wedding photographer captures today. Guests are more than welcome to take photos and videos after the ceremony. We would love for our guests to use "POV Camera" by scanning the QR code located on the reception tables and share any photos or videos taken during the reception and dance party with us!
