What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as cocktail dresses for women. For men we suggest dress shirts with slacks; jackets and ties are optional. As the venue is all outdoors, we highly recommend cowboy/cowgirls boots. Note- while we anticipate a warm day, the Reception will be outdoors and it could cool down in the evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to include everyone, but due to capacity restraints, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love all of your children, we will not be extending an invitation to children. We acknowledge and appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Where should I stay?

Answer

For those who plan to stay, there are numerous hotels just a short drive from the venue. We have suggested several hotels as options that are close to Hawk Ranch on the Travel & Stay tab.

Will you have an open or cash bar?

Answer

Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! We will be having an open bar, so we better see you on the dance floor!
