Welcome to Madison! The weekend of November 7th the University of Wisconsin Football team plays at home. We highly recommend booking through the hotel block we've secured and if you're up for it checking out the game on the 8th! John Nolan Drive, a main roadway in and out of Madison is under construction and down to one lane, please give yourself extra time if you are driving from downtown to the venue.

Shuttle To the Ceremony

November 7, 2025 2:00 pm - 2:00 pm

We will have two buses leaving from the Hilton Monona Terrace at 2PM. Those staying at the Embassy Suites can walk down the street to catch this bus! Those staying at the Tru by Hilton in Stoughton can use the Hotel Shuttles leaving at 2:10 and 2:30. Please note these shuttles have limited capacity of 13 guests per trip.
