What time should I arrive?

Arrive about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to park, find your seat & get settled.

Are the ceremony and the reception in the same place?

Yes, both will take place at The Log Cabin in Holyoke, MA. No need to travel between locations.

What's the dress code?

Formal Attire: Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, so are suits and elegant cocktail dresses.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on grass overlooking the mountain. The cocktail hour will be outdoors with access to the tent. The reception will be under a covered tent with heaters if needed.

Is there parking at the event?

Yes, free parking is available on-site at the top of The Log Cabin venue.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

If your invitation says "and guest" please feel free to bring someone along! If not, we can't wait to spend the day celebrating with just you!

Enjoy a full buffet dinner with chicken, steak, and salmon options, along with a selection of delicious sides. Plus, an open bar all night long!

What's the weather like in October in Massachusetts?

Answer

Typically mild, around 70 degrees during the day and cooler at night. There will be heaters in the tent if necessary but feel free to bring a jacket.
